For agencies and their clients
Your client opens a link, clicks the thing they want changed, and types. No screenshots, no accounts, no feedback scattered across email, WhatsApp and a spreadsheet nobody updates.

Why it is different
Most review tools take a screenshot and let people draw on it. That works until the menu needs opening, the video needs playing, or the page is three clicks deep. Feedbk serves the actual site through its own address, so your client browses it exactly as a visitor would — and can leave a comment anywhere along the way.

Dropdowns, modals and cookie bars behave normally.

Anything that works on the site works here.
Every page counts
Comments are filed against the page they were left on.
How it works
Give the project a name and the address of the site you are working on. Staging or live, password-protected or not.
Your client opens it, types their name once, and starts. No account, no password, nothing to install.
Every comment arrives pinned to its page, with who said it. Reply, resolve, and start the next round.
What you get
A comment remembers the element it was left on, not just a spot on the screen, so it stays with the right thing when the page changes underneath it.
Switch width while reviewing. Comments remember which one they were left at, because “this is broken” usually means broken on one of them.
Close off a pass of feedback and start the next. Earlier rounds stay readable, so nobody argues about what was asked for in round one.
Say something to your own team without the client seeing it. Client-visible and internal comments live side by side.
The people on a project hear about new comments and replies. Mention someone to pull them in.
See a project’s whole backlog in one place, filter to what is still open, and click through to the pin.
