Reviewing
Some sites refuse to be shown inside another page. Open the address in a normal tab first and check it loads at all, then check you used the exact address — including www if the site needs it.
If it is a staging site behind a password, save those details on the project so the review screen can sign in.
Check which mode you are in. In Comment a click leaves a pin; in Browse it does what the site normally does. Switch to Browse to open a menu or follow a link.
Dismiss it inside the review screen in Browse mode, exactly as you would on the real site. It will stay dismissed for that session.
A pin is attached to an element, not a position, so it follows that element when the page changes. If the element itself was removed, the comment stays in the list to read even though there is nothing left to point at.
It is not gone. Open the project and press Trash, where deleted comments wait 30 days. Restore brings a thread back with the replies that went with it. Only a workspace owner has the trash, so ask one if you are a member or a client.
Whoever wrote it changed the wording afterwards, and the time of that change is shown beside it. Only the author can edit a comment, so nobody else has put words in their mouth.
Share links
Check the link has not been revoked or replaced — replacing it stops the old one immediately. If the link is limited to certain addresses or one company domain, check the address they are using is on that list.
Every review session runs on its own address. If a warning appears there, tell us — it means a certificate needs attention at our end, not yours.
Replace it. The old link stops working at once, and you send the new one to the right people.
Accounts
Check spam first. If it is not there, ask the person who invited you to send it again — a new invite replaces the old one, so only the newest link works.
Use forgot password on the login screen. The link lasts an hour and works once.
Members see only the projects they are assigned to. Ask an owner of the workspace to add you to it. If you belong to more than one workspace, check the switcher at the top of the sidebar is on the right one.
An owner or whoever runs this installation turned it off. Nothing you wrote is deleted — ask them to turn it back on.
Still stuck
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If it is about one project, send the link you were looking at — it saves a round of questions.
